1. What’s in your iPod?

I don’t own one, but enjoy listening to “My Way” by Frank Sinatra.

2. What’s the best gift you ever got?

Marrying my wife, Ava, 53 years ago.

3. What do you consider your greatest success?

Being elected sheriff.

4. Did you ever have a nickname? If so, what was it and what did it mean?

I have a lot of nicknames that are not so nice, given to me by certain politicians and others who don’t believe in my position. But the one nickname I like is… Sheriff Joe.

5. What is your all-time favorite movie?

“The Godfather”

6. If you could have dinner with any three people living or dead who would they be?

My late father, my wife and my mother who died in child birth while having me.

7. What is in your fridge right now?

The fridge is my wife’s property, but I know there’s ice cream in it.

8. What is the last book you read?

My book, “Joe’s Law”

9. What do you consider your greatest regret?

I have no major regrets. I took the blows and did it my way.

10. What’s your favorite thing to do in Arizona?

I have no hobbies because I work all the time. I do enjoy watching movies, though.
